Let's leave the ethics of whether an on-screen relationship between Aalyah Mysterio and Murphy, considering their age gap, is a wise call from WWE, because that's a touchy subject and there are valid points on both sides. Merely at face value, Aalyah Mysterio and Murphy are not good actors, and their relationship on WWE SmackDown feels wooden at best. Also, for Seth Rollins, who could be doing so much more on WWE SmackDown to be mixed up in this storyline just seems a little funny, to be quite honest.

And the same could be said for Rey Mysterio, who doesn't have a lot of years left in the business.

Should Rey Mysterio be involved in this storyline, when he could be teaming up with his son for a shot at the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championships in the months and weeks to come? Alternatively, he could also have a feud with Roman Reigns, as he runs through opponents on the way to facing The Rock at WrestleMania.
