After being in the background for a long time, Naomi came under the limelight on Sunday night when she won the SmackDown Women’s championship from Alexa Bliss. It was a good win for Naomi and this means that she could head into WrestleMania as the Smackdown Women’s champion.
Alexa is likely to get a rematch for the title this week or in the immediate weeks that follow.
Apart from Alexa, WWE also has an option of pairing Noami and Mickie James into a program as Mickie belongs to the dark side now. Natalya is another name that could come up as a contender for the Women’s title.
