Who could be Big E's next opponent on WWE SmackDown?
Aleister Black recently returned on WWE SmackDown and made a strong statement by attacking Big E. Unfortunately, he was released by the company before we could see anything transpire between him and the New Day member. The news came as a shock to the WWE Universe, who was happy to see the creative team finally investing in Black.

WWE has come to terms on the releases of Braun Strowman, Aleister Black, Lana, Murphy, Ruby Riott and Santana Garrett.WWE wishes them the best in all of their future endeavors. https://t.co/8bAQIFgA1Mpic.twitter.com/b77AeeLuDn
Aleister Black will thrive anywhere that recognizes his talents and books him accordingly. His shocking release now means that Big E is free to pursue other targets on WWE SmackDown. While Apollo Crews could be one of his targets, the creative team should look for other storylines as this feud has well and truly run its course.
In a bold move, WWE SmackDown can slowly start pushing Big E into the Universal Championship picture. He would make for a great opponent against Roman Reigns. Big E deserves to compete for world titles, and he only needs one opportunity to establish himself as a permanent threat in the big league.
