Big announcements and an all-star tag team match were followed by KO's interview of the New Day on tonight's SmackDown live

The Hardy Boyz make a big announcement

The Hardy Boyz came out and Jeff was using a crutch to walk. Kayla Braxton was in the ring and held the mic for Jeff as he said that Lars Sullivan's attack on them last week left him unable to walk. He said that he needed surgery and would be unable to compete for a while and so they wanted to relinquish the SmackDown Tag Team Championships.

Just as Jeff made the announcement, Lars Sullivan's music hit and he ran out to attack the Hardys yet again. Matt managed to hold him back for a while as Jeff tried to get out of the ring but Lars threw him outside.

Jeff was trying to defend himself with his crutch and R-Truth hit Sullivan with a steel chair from behind. Lars wiped out Truth with a few big moves as well before walking out.
