The virtual crowd on SmackDown seemed was unhappy with the Universal Champion as Heyman reminded us of all the opponents that Roman beat during his current title reign. Heyman teased that Reigns was about to something that 'hadn't been done before' before handing Roman the mic.

Edge returns to SmackDown
Roman was about to speak when Edge's music hit and he walked out to the ring. Edge and Roman started brawling before the Rated-R Superstar started smashing Reigns' head on the announce table over and over.

Reigns came back with a Superman punch and went for a steel chair. Edge hit a spear before Roman could use the chair on him and went for the con-chair-to but Jimmy Uso came in and took Edge out.
Uso was sent into the steel steps before Edge speared him through the barricades. Roman retreated and Edge called out to him before the show went off the air.
