WWE SmackDown - 5 Surprises that could happen- Top star returns to confront current Champion, Paul Heyman recruits a new member, Next chapter in the Alexa Bliss & Roman Reigns saga
Now that Clash of Champions is pretty much in the rearview mirror, it is finally time for the mystery woman to show up on WWE SmackDown and make her mark. While it is pretty clear that the woman arriving on WWE SmackDown is Carmella, it will still be an exciting development to check out what her brand new, repackaged version looks like.

WWE does not want to make the same mistake that they made with Emmalina all that time ago, where the storyline dragged on for so long that is actually lost any sense of excitement with time. This week's episode of WWE SmackDown is the right time for Carmella to return and remind us that she is truly a big deal. One wonders which WWE SmackDown Superstar will have to take the fall against her and honestly, also whether Carmella will be a babyface or a heel in her current avatar since no real indication has been given to us regarding her recent character.
