WWE Superstar Roman Reigns won the Tribal Combat match against Solo Sikoa on this week’s episode of RAW. With the Ula Fala back in his possession, The Head of the Table will now look forward to getting his Undisputed Championship back. While The OTC could earn a direct ticket to challenge Cody Rhodes by winning the Royal Rumble, there’s a chance that The Rock will sabotage this opportunity for Reigns.

The Brahma Bull surprised the WWE Universe by turning babyface on Monday Night RAW’s Netflix debut. He seemingly ended his beef with Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes despite signaling he was coming after them at the 2024 Bad Blood. But, he was seen hugging The American Nightmare and putting the Ula Fala around Reigns’ neck on January 6, 2025.

While this gesture seemed great from The Rock, there was visible tension between him and the OTC. After all, The OTC's leadership of a Samoan wrestling stable and The Rock's status as the High Chief generate a conflict of power.

The Stamford-based promotion could use this to pit The Brahma Bull against The Head of the Table at the Royal Rumble. While The Rock has previously helped Roman Reigns win, The Final Boss may deny him the win this time.

This could set up a feud between the two Samoan superstars at WrestleMania 41, during which The OTC could finally retire The High Chief. While this is a significant direction for the storyline, all of this is speculation so far.

Roman Reigns could also face CM Punk in a Championship match at WrestleMania

WWE has already teased a big upcoming clash between Roman Reigns and CM Punk. The two top superstars were seen bashing each other’s egos despite being on the same team in the WarGames match at Survivor Series. Moreover, both stars also got a cinematic segment with Paul Heyman, where they maintained that their truce was only for one match.

The Second City Saint received a title match against Gunther a few weeks ago on the Live Holiday Tour. While he failed to win the Steel Cage match due to Dominik Mysterio’s interference, he could gain another shot at the World Heavyweight Championship at the Royal Rumble.

WWE can follow this up by giving The Head of the Table his second Royal Rumble win. If The OTC chooses to challenge Punk instead of Cody Rhodes, the two stars will collide in an epic WrestleMania match in Las Vegas. It would be interesting to see what lies in the future for Reigns.
