Big E will return to save The New Day from implosion, according to former WWE writer

For several weeks, tension has been brewing within The New Day which finally came out on full display during the latest episode of RAW. Many believe that this will eventually lead to them breaking up. However, Freddie Prinze Jr. doesn't think so.

The former WWE writer said the beef that has been playing out between Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods is just a distraction. He believes Big E will make his return soon, stepping in to prevent The New Day from falling apart and act as the glue that holds the group together.

"I disagree they're gonna break up. I think that all this has been what a magician does where he shows you something shiny in the one hand and in the other hand is where the trick's actually happening. And all this drama and all this beefcake that Kofi and Xavier are having is a distraction. And before they actually break up, or right after they break up, there's going to be some glue that returns to the WWE, the largest jar of glue in the world, and that glue is named Big E," he said.
