#4 Dolph Ziggler - 11 combined titles
When you think of stars that have defined the WWE mid-card, Dolph Ziggler has to come to mind. He did get a run as the World Heavyweight Champion after cashing in his Money in the Bank contract. It was one of the most emotional and well-received cash-ins in the MITB briefcase history.
But ever since then, the Showoff has been used primarily in the mid-card and to make other/newer stars look good. It's no surprise that he excels in that role, but it doesn't mean that he has been bereft of gold throughout the decade.
While his one major title win was way back in 2013, he has collected a lot of gold throughout the past 10 years. Ziggler has also carried the IC title six times, the US title twice and tag team gold twice on RAW. He was awarded the WHC by Vickie Guerrero in 2011 but didn't win it, so I did not include it here.
The Showoff has proven to be someone that the fans might get behind in the fashion of Kofi Kingston earlier this year. Kingston didn't get a major title shot or run until this year, but Ziggler's only run with the main title was cut short due to an injury. Will he ever get another chance like that in his career?
