#3 Tie between John Cena and Seth Rollins - 12 combined title wins each

Cena with a title was a familiar picture throughout his time in WWE.
Cena with a title was a familiar picture throughout his time in WWE.

Cena and Rollins have some title history linkage between them. As you probably know, Cena was in the midst of a run as the US Champion while Rollins held the WWE Championship at the same time. Rollins won both titles at SummerSlam in 2015 but the Doctor of Thuganomics took the belt back at Night of Champions in 2015.

In the decade, the Franchise won the WWE Championship seven times (one win was unified), the World Heavyweight Championship once and tag team titles twice. He also captured the US title twice during the decade. His "US Open Challenges" were often the highlights of shows due to the uncertainty as to who would appear and also regarding the potential of someone defeating Cena.

While Cena started off the decade as the Face that Runs the Place, Rollins has ended it that way. As a top star in WWE, Rollins has won the RAW Tag Team titles five times with numerous partners (Reigns once, Dean Ambrose twice, Braun Strowman once, Jason Jordan once). He's had a brief reign as US Champion while holding both the WWE and Universal Championship two times each over the last ten years.
