#9 The Bludgeon Brothers vs. The New Day (SmackDown Tag Team Championships)

Regular readers of our weekly last-minute prediction series will know that we doubted from the very start if The New Day would face The Bludgeon Brothers at SummerSlam, simply because they have already been dismantled by Harper & Rowan on so many occasions in 2018.

Well, not only did the four-time Tag Team champions earn the right to face the current champs this Sunday, but recent booking suggests that they are serious contenders to end the destructive duo’s four-month title reign.

This is a lot tougher to call than the WrestleMania Triple Threat between these two teams and The Usos. There’s a strong argument to back New Day, but it still feels a little too early for The Bludgeon Brothers to lose their titles.
