Finn Balor was supposed to face Sister Abigail back in 2017

Finn Balor will take on The Fiend this weekend at SummerSlam as The Fiend makes his in-ring debut after his change of character. Interestingly, Balor isn't expected to bring The Demon to the fight, instead, he will be taking Wyatt on alone.

Balor and Wyatt have had a number of issues over the years and were originally supposed to have a Demon vs Sister Abigail match back in 2017 but viral meningitis forced WWE to change the match to Balor vs AJ Styles -- which was accepted by the WWE Universe.

It's also worth noting that Wyatt actually debuted at SummerSlam back in 2014 when he took on Kane in a ring of fire match, so it will be interesting to see how his new character fares against Balor this weekend.
