Goldberg returned to WWE to set up a Championship match against Bobby Lashley at SummerSlam.
The WWE Hall of Famer was the subject of several botches throughout the match, leading to backlash on social media. Goldberg also noted earlier this week that he only had two matches left on his current deal and that he was hoping to go after someone like Roman Reigns or John Cena.
His next match will potentially be against Bobby Lashley in Saudi Arabia since it's been set up after The Almighty locked his son in the Hurt Lock following their SummerSlam bout.
After the match ended prematurely due to the referee's decision, Lashley attacked Goldberg with a steel chair, and his son came to make the save. Goldberg was facing the other way and didn't see his son get attacked but noted at the end of the match that he would 'kill' Lashley.
