Back on the outside as SummerSlam continued, Randy was tossing Drew into the barricades and the announce desk. In the ring, Randy was stalking Drew before McIntyre came in with some big moves and sent Orton to the corner.

Drew locked in the Figure-Four Leglock before Orton jabbed him in the eye while distracting the ref. There was blood around Drew's eye as they traded fists and McIntyre hit a few Suplexes followed by a top rope clothesline.

Drew hit the Future Shock DDT but Randy kicked out. Randy was setting up for the finisher but McIntyre dodged the Punt Kick into a powerbomb and then tried to hit the Claymore but failed. Randy tried for the RKO but Drew rolled him up for the win at SummerSlam.

Result: Drew McIntyre def. Randy Orton to retain the WWE Championship

Strowman went after the Fiend right away but Wyatt laughed him off and hit his 'trying to decapitate' move. He attacked Braun with a toolbox before Braun sent Wyatt through some barricades outside at SummerSlam.
