Akam has been out of action due to a leg injury

One half of AOP, Akam, with his tag team partner Rezar, put on phenomenal matches on NXT before they were called up to the main roster. AOP quickly became top dogs on WWE RAW and even went on to hold the RAW Tag Team titles.

But WWE have not given much importance to tag team wrestling lately which resulted in AOP not getting enough TV time.

Following an injury to Akam in January, RAW lost out on a top tag team and the tag team division has spiralled downwards even further.

But with Akam getting cleared to wrestle once again, we could perhaps see him return at the Super ShowDown shoe and witness some interesting tag team feuds on the red brand.

He will most likely enter the battle royal at Super ShowDown as nine matches have already been confirmed for the show.
