The Miz and John Morrison won the SmackDown tag team titles at Super ShowDown

The New Day lost the SmackDown tag team titles to The Miz and John Morrison at Super ShowDown, bringing an end to their title reign which began last year at a SmackDown show in England.

In quite an entertaining match in Saudi Arabia, The Miz and Morrison became the SmackDown tag team champions, which is the first title that Morrison has won since his return to WWE.

But, they could only do so with the help of a steel chair as Morrison landed a shot on Kofi Kingston with a chair when the referee was not watching, which allowed The Miz to get the win for his team.

The New Day will demand a rematch as they were cheated out of this, and this match could very well happen at WrestleMania 36. Kingston and Big E could challenge The Miz and Morrison to a rematch and demand a No DQ stipulation for the match.
