#2 Sting will not be at WWE Super Showdown
Late last month, it looked like WCW legend and WWE Hall of Famer Sting would be coming out of retirement to wrestle at the WWE Super Showdown event in Saudi Arabia later this month. However, it looks like that is no longer the case and fans who were hoping for a return from the 'Vigilante' will be in for disappointment.

According to PWInsider, WWE were indeed in taks with Sting and there was interest in bringing him back for a match in Saudi Arabia. This push came a few weeks back and the report suggests that the talks are no longer in progress. Although things could definitely still change, at this point it does not look like the former WCW Champion will be coming out of retirement to wrestle at Super Showdown later this month.
WWE Super Showdown 2020 will take place from the King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh Saudi Arabia on 27th February 2020.
