WWE Superstar power rankings for this week (20-26 August 2018)

The Shield
The Hounds of Justice returned this week on RAW

#1 Roman Reigns

Roman Reigns
And New!

Who else was it going to be? Vince McMahon emerged successful in completing his long-term plan of having Roman Reigns dethrone Brock Lesnar and become the new Universal Champion.

Reigns had several unsuccessful attempts in winning the Universal Championship ever since its inception in 2016 and got his hands on the title, at last, this past Sunday at SummerSlam.

A top AEW star just called one of his colleagues 'spoiled' and 'narcissistic' HERE.

Reigns conquered the Beast Incarnate after months of trying and walked out of the Barclays Center as the new Universal Champion ending Lesnar's 500+ day reign with the championship.

The following night on Raw the Big Dog put his title on the line against Finn Balor and ended up retaining the title at the main event.

He escaped a cash-in attempt by Braun Strowman after the Shield reunited to take out the "Monster Among Men" and closed the show on a high note.
