#2 Drew McIntyre
WWE is clearly grooming Drew McIntyre to be a top guy for many years to come, however, he'll never get past a certain level as long as he's on the same brand as Roman Reigns, so naturally, a switch to the blue brand would be a great move for the company to make.

If WWE doesn't end up making this change on the day of the Superstar Shakeup, it'll likely be because they want McIntyre to be in the Universal Championship picture coming out of WrestleMania 35, as he'll likely end up being Seth Rollins' first challenger if the ex-Shield member defeats Brock Lesnar at next month's event.
Alternatively, McIntyre could either be the top babyface on the SmackDown Live roster, which is a lot higher than he'll be able to get while he's on the red brand. So moving the former Intercontinental Champion over to the blue brand seems like a no-brainer to me.
