#2 Samoa Joe is heading to RAW
If Finn Balor is being planned to be over to SmackDown, that would mean that he will bring his Intercontinental Championship to SmackDown as well. This would mean that SmackDown will end-up having two mid-card belts ie. the US Championship as well as the Intercontinental Championship.
We all know that is not something that is going to happen, and the US Champion will likely be moved to RAW, which happens to be Samoa Joe as of now.
Joe is a monstrous champion and will be better suited to RAW where he can face Superstars like Braun Strowman.
#1 Drew McIntyre to stay on RAW
While there had been some rumblings suggesting that the Scottish Psychopath may be moved to SmackDown, latest rumors indicate that WWE has decided to keep McIntyre on RAW for the time being.
There were reports suggesting that Drew McIntyre is, in fact, the next in line to get a shot at the Universal Championship and feud with Seth Rollins.
