Report: WWE Is Discussing Sending Samoa Joe To #RAW During The #SuperstarShakeup As This Will Give WWE's Booking Department Opportunities To Create Fresh New Match-Ups On The Red Brand pic.twitter.com/4GlXdv5arq
If Finn Balor is being planned to be over to SmackDown, that would mean that he will bring his Intercontinental Championship to SmackDown as well. This would mean that SmackDown will end-up having two mid-card belts ie. the US Championship as well as the Intercontinental Championship.
We all know that is not something that is going to happen, and the US Champion will likely be moved to RAW, which happens to be Samoa Joe as of now.
