Must: #3 Ruby Riott

Ruby Riott and the Riott Squad showed a lot of promise to start with, but they've just kept losing too many matches to be taken seriously by the WWE Universe.
Most recently, WWE buried the faction on RAW on the Road to WrestleMania 35, making the squad job to the three women in the main event of WrestleMania.

It was an odd move on the creative team's part, especially since it added nothing to the main-event feud. However, the loss established the fact that there were no hopes for a Riot Squad's revival in WWE.
The trio of Liv Morgan, Sarah Logan, and Ruby Riott are talented women and often have appeared to be the most cohesive team in WWE's women's division, excelling in their heel act.
But, they have never been backed by the people in charge, and that has left in the middle of nowhere on the red brand.
Hence, it's time that WWE sends the leader of the group Riott to SmackDown, letting her the chance to really shine as a singles star in a new setting.
Moreover, this move will also give SmackDown a potential heel act that could play a pivotal role in carrying the brand's division moving forward.
