However, his work outside the ring has earned him several world records. One record he holds is of being the highest-paid first-time leading actor as he was paid $5.5 million for his role in The Scorpion King.

In May 2015, Johnson took the most self-portrait photographs (selfies) in three minutes to set a world record. In the same year, The Rock earned a whopping $64.5 million to set another record.

The list doesn’t end there as Johnson and his team created the largest layered dip of all time, weighing in at a colossal 540 pounds. In 2017, the WWE legend's digital studio, Seven Bucks Digital Studios, made a maze of 3000 cereal boxes to topple domino-style to set yet another Guinness World Record.
