#6 Kurt Angle (2003 SummerSlam)
In the 2003 SummerSlam PPV, the current Raw General Manager Kurt Angle defended his WWE championship against Brock Lesnar. Angle got the initial advantage as he hit Lesnar with some offensive manoeuvres including DDT, Angle Slam and the ankle lock.
But, Lesnar weathered the storm by countering the hold and knocking the referee down. Angle gained momentum with another ankle lock but Vince McMahon interfered and hit Angle with a steel chair to break the submission hold.

Since the referee was down, Lesnar was not disqualified for an outside interference. Afterwards, LesnarLesnar got the upper hand and when was about to deliver a F5, the 1996 Olympic Gold medalist countered the throw into another ankle lock and this time, Lesnar tapped out to Angle, who retained his WWE title.
