#5 Eddie Guerrero (2004 No Way Out)

Eddie Guerrero took on the WWE champion Brock Lesnar in the main event of the 2004 No Way Out. Lesnar got an early advantage and dominated Eddie for a majority of the duration as he used his size advantage over the late wrestler throughout the match. When Lesnar tried to hit Eddie with an F5, the referee was knocked down.

Lesnar tried to take advantage of the referee's position by bringing in the WWE championship belt to hit Eddie, who was already down. Out of nowhere, Goldberg came out and hit Lesnar with a spear, planting seeds for a feud with Lesnar going into WrestleMania.

Since the referee was down, Eddie didn't get disqualified. Still, Lesnar had enough in him to deliver another F5 on Eddie but Eddie countered it into a DDT on the title belt which Lesnar brought in. By the time the referee regained consciousness, Eddie kicked the belt out of the ring to prevent himself from DQ.

Then, he went to the top rope and delivered a frog splash on Lesnar and pinned him to win the WWE Championship.
