R-Truth made his Elimination Chamber debut in the 2010 SmackDown Elimination Chamber match, where he started the match with CM Punk, who took only 3 and a half minutes to eliminate Truth. He was eliminated even before a pod could open. His second appearance was in the 2011 Raw Elimination Chamber match.

He started the match inside a pod which opened at number 3, despite this advantage Truth was again the first one to get eliminated, this time by Sheamus. In his 3rd and last Elimination Chamber appearance, Truth scored a hat-trick of being the first elimination in the match. Definitely, the poorest record in Elimination Chamber’s history.
