Most likely to be Team SmackDown Live's sole survivor: Charlotte Flair
Carmella has the Money in the Bank briefcase, so there's absolutely no reason to give her the spotlight over any of the other women. In fact, she's most likely going to be the weakest member of her team and the easiest to eliminate.
You would think Tamina would stand a chance to take charge, seeing as how she's supposed to be the powerhouse of the bunch, but she's made a career out of not actually accomplishing anything. If you look at her accolades, they're few and far between, with almost no momentum in her direction for getting a push out of this event, with or without Lana's support ringside.

Naomi just went through two title reigns—the highlights of her career, unquestionably—but she appears to have been put on the backburner for a little while. Since she is the one who specifically lost the SmackDown Women's Championship to Natalya in the first place, it's doubtful she'll get a sole survivor spot to compensate.
That brings us down to Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair, and since Becky Lynch was already named the team captain, that might be good enough of a pat on the head where she can be ruled out as a sole survivor option.
Becky has more than enough supporters in the crowd and a solid credibility to back her up, but in comparison to Charlotte, she doesn't stand a chance.
Flair has been the golden child of the women's division for years and someone who WWE officials clearly value above everybody else as one of the favourites of the company and that's unlikely to change anytime soon.
Assuming Team SmackDown comes out with a victory and it isn't a combination of two or more women lasting, Charlotte is the safest best for the sole survivor as her victory would re-establish her as the No. 1 contender to Natalya's title after having their recent skirmishes.
Charlotte can take the momentum of being the sole survivor and winning for her brand and apply that to earning a title opportunity against Natalya at the Clash of Champions event in December, where she would likely capture the belt.
