This year's Survivor Series kickoff show included a dual-brand battle royal that was won by The Miz, who is continuing to build some momentum as Mr. Money in the Bank.

The Miz made his way to the ring alongside John Morrison for the match and as the two men came out to the ring, it appears that the production team forgot that Morrison's music also had to be played.

Morrison and Miz were already partway down the ramp when the music hit and after awkwardly looking at each other and deciding to do their usual entrance anyway, the two men went ahead.

Of course, this didn't affect either man since The Miz was able to have another heel victory when he rolled under the bottom rope and waited for Dominik Mysterio and Chad Gable to finish fighting it out. When Mysterio believed that he had secured the victory, Miz rolled back in the ring and threw the youngster over the top rope.

Ahead of Survivor Series, WWE failed to announce what the prize was for the winner of the battle royal.
