It is very clear indeed that Humberto Carillo is being given a huge push on RAW. Not only is Paul Heyman a big advocate (no pun intended) of the Cruiserweight style of wrestling, Carillo could be the breakout Latin American babyface the company has wanted for a really long time.
Eddie Guerrero was in this role before his unfortunate demise. Rey Mysterio was never really pushed like the star the man is, Andrade's runs have been hot and cold and it may be a while before he is a babyface and finally, Alberto Del Rio... well, we all know how that experiment flopped not long ago.

Humberto Carillo and Adam Cole would be a great pairing, in my personal opinion. Both men could take each other to the limit!
