WWE's RAW roster presents TLC: Tables, Ladders and Chairs this weekend, live on the WWE Network, with the main event of the show pitting the reunited Shield against Kane, Braun Strowman, Cesaro, Sheamus and Intercontinental Champion, The Miz.
There are currently just seven matches announced for the event on Sunday night with only two Championships on the line from the RAW brand.
With Raw's biggest stars all taking part in the main event match, it seems that a lot of the attention on the night will be focused on the Cruiserweight Division as they have two matches, and the women who have three matches on a pay-per-view card for the first time this year.
There are a number of options for WWE to add shocks and surprises for the WWE Universe at TLC, so here are some of the boldest predictions ahead of the event.
New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE
#5 AJ Styles and Finn Balor will steal the show
Even though AJ Styles is a last-minute replacement here and seemingly the duo don't have a lot of time to put together a show-stealing match, this bout still has the potential to be the best match on the card.
This match-up has been deemed a fantasy ever since AJ Styles made his debut in WWE back in 2016 and it seems that fans are eagerly anticipating the fact that it will finally become a reality. The face versus face aspect could become a stumbling block here, but when Balor brings The Demon, it is always a stand out match, so AJ Styles better be prepared.
The fact that the card is made up of Women's and Cruiserweight matches definitely bodes well for these two stars, who could easily overshadow the main event handicap match.
#4 Asuka will steal the show
Asuka will make her long-awaited main roster debut on Sunday night as the undefeated "Empress of Tomorrow" takes on Emma.
Emma and Asuka have met in a WWE ring before when both women were part of the NXT roster and it is hard to see the outcome being any different this time around.
This is Emma's first ever pay-per-view singles match on the main roster, and after the lack of attention she has been given in the Women's Division over the past few months, it's hard to see WWE allowing her to pick up the win over the woman that held the NXT Women's Championship for almost two years.
Asuka needs to make an impact on the main roster in her first match and it seems that Emma would be the perfect person for her to completely dominate. The record for the shortest women's match at the event is 2 minutes and 58 seconds, so Emma needs to last at least three minutes if she hopes to avoid being part of another damning statistic.
#3 Rollins, Ambrose and Angle won't co-exist
Kurt Angle has been added to the TLC main event handicap match tomorrow night, but even though the WWE Universe is excited at the prospect of seeing Kurt Angle wrestle in a WWE ring for the first time in more than a decade, it seems that his partners are less than impressed.
Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose released their reaction to the changes on Social Media last night and it's easy to see that the duo are frustrated that The Shield reunion that was more than three years in the making has been put on hold because of an illness.
Angle hasn't had any issues with The Shield over the past few months but it was his idea to agree to the handicap match in the first place, which could cause some friction. The Shield doesn't work well with others, so there is definite potential here for Rollins and Ambrose to send a message to the Raw General Manager heading into Survivor Series season.
.
#2 Mickie James will make history by defeating Alexa Bliss
Mickie James is already making history on Sunday night as she battles Alexa Bliss for the Raw Women's Championship. Mickie is the only woman in WWE to have challenged for every Championship that the women in the company have had over the past decade, but she could also become a seven-time Women's Champion with a win here.
Mickie is a veteran in WWE, but this is her first real chance at a Women's Championship since she made her return to WWE in January this year, but it seems that since Alexa Bliss was the woman who brought Mickie back, that this match has been building for a long time.
The fact that Alexa Bliss has had the upper hand throughout the build-up and has attempted to use Mickie's age as a way to make her feel inferior means that there has to be some kind of answer from Mickie on Sunday night. Can Mickie finally be the one to defeat Little Miss Bliss?
#1 Samoa Joe will make his WWE return
Samoa Joe has been missing from WWE TV for the past few months after suffering a knee injury following the fatal four-way match for Universal Championship which was won by Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam back in August.
Joe is reportedly ready to make a return to the company and with his rumoured next feud set to be against Braun Strowman, it wouldn't be much of a stretch to think that Joe could interfere in the TLC main event match on Sunday night and attack Braun Strowman.
Joe could help to almost even the odds for The Shield if he returns and it would then add to the build-up to Survivor Series next month where both stars could be on opposite sides in the traditional elimination match.
Joe is the only likely candidate to make a return this Sunday night and could have a huge impact on the outcome of the main event if he does make an appearance.
