Randy has certainly not forgotten the Crown Jewel match

Randy Orton has developed a heated rivalry with the Master of 619 Rey Mysterio on Tuesday nights. Rey Mysterio can win the United States title from Nakamura at WWE Starrcade and help make the title relevant once again with Randy Orton. The writers can set up this match by having Orton strike Mysterio with an RKO outta nowhere when the superstar would celebrate his title win at Starrcade.

This onslaught will continue as the Apex Predator would destroy the US Champ backstage on SmackDown Live. Seeing the heat between the two superstars, SmackDown General Manager Paige could announce an “I Quit Match” for TLC featuring Randy Orton and Rey Mysterio. It's been a long time since the WWE has organized a match with this stipulation but given the talent possessed by both the veterans they can pull off a brilliant match at TLC.
