A new challenger for Becky?

The Irish lass-kicker has reached newer heights as a female superstar after turning on her best friend Charlotte Flair at SummerSlam 2018. Becky has had memorable matches with Charlotte at Hell in a Cell, Super Show Down and on episodes of SmackDown Live. The duo also had the first ever last Women Standing match at WWE Evolution. Lynch, unfortunately, got injured during SD Live's invasion and was sidelined from Survivor Series but her injury does not seem to be too threatening and she would be cleared for TLC.

While on the other hand, Asuka has been lost in the mix after her undefeated streak ended at WrestleMania 34 and the WWE Creative needs to make her relevant again. She could potentially beat Carmella, Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville in a #1 contender’s match to set up a clash with Becky Lynch at WWE TLC. Looking at the female talent on the blue brand, Asuka seems the most credible challenger Becky can have at TLC.
