#2 Flopped at WWE TLC: Baron ‘King’ Corbin

The blame for this name on my list lies more on the creative and less on the Superstar. Unfortunately, it is the latter who will have to put up with the criticism of his match at WWE TLC. Baron 'King' Corbin teamed up with Sami Zayn, Cesaro, and Shinsuke Nakamura to take on the team of Daniel Bryan, Big E, Otis, and Chad Gable in an eight-man tag team match.

While the match was interesting in most parts of its duration, King Corbin was far from his usual self during the match. He was easily taken down by his opponents, and surprisingly had no tricks up his sleeve. Now, that would have been fine with other members of his team, but as for Corbin, it ended up hurting any bit of credibility that was left with the ‘King of the Ring’.

Hopefully, the creative will turn their attention towards him soon and book him in a better way going forward. The biggest positive from this match at WWE TLC is that Big E will now challenge Sami Zayn for the Intercontinental Championship on SmackDown. Both Superstars have been feuding for quite some time on the Blue brand, and it could end with a much-awaited title change.
