Starting from WWE TLC 2020, Carmella and Billie Kay can form a similar sort of association as Dr. Britt Baker and Rebel in All Elite Wrestling. It would definitely be the biggest angle that Billie Kay has been involved in since splitting up with Peyton Royce in what was a very unpopular move indeed.
