#2 Drew McIntyre
Who else thought that Drew McIntyre would be WWE Champion by now? Well, I'm sure most fans would answer positively, as WWE gave us enough clues to consider a possible World Title win for the Scottish Psychopath.
However, it was just after McIntyre's loss to Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 35 that his push started slowing down. Many fans feel as if we never got to see McIntyre's full potential in the main event scene.

Nevertheless, let's leave the past in the past, and ponder over how awesome the main event scene would be if McIntyre was the centrepiece.
Strength, intensity, and sheer force, what's not to love when seeing a jacked-up athlete beating the living daylights out of his babyface counterpart? Moreover, the history between Rollins and McIntyre would make this feud an easy one to write for WWE.
#3 Cesaro
Cesaro might be the most gifted wrestler never to be a World Champion. Many feel that should not be the case, as the undeniable popularity Cesaro has garnered over the years makes it hard not to consider pushing him in that direction.
However, with the King of the Ring tournament coming up, could Cesaro push himself into the main event? The correct answer would be a resounding yes, but most of us have low expectations of anything like that even happening. '
Still, Cesaro would be a welcome addition to the main event scene. From having boatloads of charisma to exhibiting an unreal work rate, the former US Champion could be a real attraction on RAW if WWE books him right.
