Mysterio debuted a fantastic move at Halloween Havoc
Rey Mysterio faced off against Eddie Guerrero at Halloween Havoc back in 1997 in a Title vs Mask match and it was at a time when Mysterio was still working out his moveset and still pushing new moves on a regular basis.

This was five years before Mysterio made his official debut in WWE, so he was still trying to make himself stand out and creating moves that not only defied logic but fans had never seen before definitely helped.
Mysterio revealed that as part of the match with Guerrero he actually created a move that became one of the standout moments of the match.
"One of the biggest moves that I created, the pull-up springboard reverse backflip DDT happened right there."

It was one of the moves that many fans remember from the match and one that allowed Mysterio to get back on top, which ultimately allowed him to pick up the victory and continue wearing his mask for a while longer.
