WWE: Vickie Guerrero set to leave WWE next week

Vickie Guerrero, after serving nine years in the WWE is set to leave the company next week.

The departure angle was made evident on the June 16 episode of Raw. Vickie was made in charge of the show when Stephanie McMahon fell ill after having a drink adulterated by Roman Reigns. Later, Reigns convinced Guerrero to enter him in the WWE World Title qualifier Battle Royal.

Reigns went on to win the Battle Royal, which will possibly lead to the storyline firing of Guerrero next week.

Guerrero who reached the peak of her career as the authority figure with her signature-line “excuse me”, wanted to leave after WrestleMania 30, but the WWE authorities managed to prolong her stay till the departure angle.
