Finn Balor was concussed, on the most recent episode of Raw, after a stray elbow from Mahal hit him square, in the head.
In case you didn't know...
Finn Balor made his comeback to Raw on the episode after Wrestlemania, after being on the shelf for several months with an injury. On the subsequent episode, he competed against Jinder Mahal. While it was only a showcase match for Finn Balor, he was unfortunately concussed during the match. WWE has not commented on the matter so far.

After a scary looking elbow, Balor dropped to the floor. The move was even played back in slow motion before it was known that Balor had indeed suffered a legitimate concussion.

WWE has removed the replay from the official youtube link. PWInsider confirmed that Finn Balor had indeed suffered a legitimate injury, though they did not specify when he would return.
What’s next?
The gravity of Balor's condition is unclear right now. It is certain that WWE has big plans for him, so it would be unfortunate if he does not clear the WWE’s medical procedures. Jinder Mahal and Finn Balor are on different brands now, and maybe that truly is for the best.

Finn Balor simply cannot catch a break. We do hope he does manage to recover soon, considering he's been injured for most of his main roster run. Get well soon, mate! And you be careful in the ring, Mr Mahal.
