The main event of WrestleMania 37 Night 1 should be Sasha Banks defending her SmackDown Women's Championship against Bianca Belair. WWE has already announced that this match will be held on Night 1 of WrestleMania 37.

While it could be argued that the WWE Championship match can also main event this night, the winner of the 2021 Women's Royal Rumble Match should get this honor.

Banks and Belair teamed up at WWE Fastlane 2021 and challenged for the Women's Tag Team Championship. When they lost the match after some communication issues, Banks seemingly turned heel by attacking Belair.

With all the babyface sympathy towards her, The EST might have her big WrestleMania moment this year by defeating Banks. Belair holding the title high and celebrating with the WWE Universe in attendance would be a great way for Night 1 of WrestleMania 37 to end.
