#1 Macho Man Randy Savage and Elizabeth

This feud worked wonders for Macho Man Randy Savage and Elizabeth because the fans loved these two together. Randy Savage asked Ultimate Warrior to give him a title opportunity because he lost it at WrestleMania V and wanted to fight for the title one more time. The Ultimate Warrior continually refused the title opportunity, so Savage decided to take matters into his own hands.

He showed up with his manager Queen Sherri during the title match between Ultimate Warrior and Sgt. Slaughter. With an interference by Sensational Sherri and Randy Savage, Slaughter was able to pin the champion and capture the gold.

Warrior took offense to this and issued a retirement match challenge to Savage, who accepted but lost at the end. After the match was over, Sensational Sherri attacked Savage, who was on the ring mat. Elizabeth was in the audience and couldn't take the attack on her husband. She ran through the crowd and took out Sherri, thus reuniting with Randy Savage.
