Roman hit a powerbomb before locking in the guillotine one last time for the win at WrestleMania Backlash.
Result: Roman Reigns def. Cesaro to retain the Universal Championship.

After the match, Jey Uso came in to congratulate Roman and Reigns told him to attack Cesaro. Jey hit a superkick and was about to hit the splash but Seth Rollins came out. Seth faced Roman in the ring for a second before attacking Cesaro while he was still down on the mat.
Rollins beat Cesaro up and sent him outside before using a steel chair on him. He then proceeded to trap the Swiss star's arm in the chair and slammed it against the ring post to injure him further. Seth ended with a huge stomp on the floor after yelling about who he is before he was done.

We got several big matches tonight at WrestleMania Backlash with Belair and Ripley defending their respective titles, The Mysterios making tag team history, and Lashley succeeding in his biggest challenge yet. Cesaro put in the best performance of his career and we got a whacky zombie themes gimmick match as well at WrestleMania Backlash.
