The climax visual of The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse Season 2 shows Zeldris and others

On Sunday, December 1, 2024, the official website and X (formerly Twitter) account for The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse Season 2 unveiled a new key visual, called the Climax Visual, for the show's ongoing Demon Realm arc.

The latest visual depicts the future development of the narrative. it features the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, including Percival, the current Demon King, Zeldris, and the Knight of the Chaos, Mortlach. Besides them, the visual includes Lancelot, Tristan, and Gawain.

Percival has a defiant expression on his face, while Zeldris has an overwhelming presence in the visual. The official X account for The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse Season 2 has shared a comment from Zeldris's voice actor, Yuki Kaji.

The voice actor is excited as Zeldris has finally appeared. Yuki Kaji mentions that although Zeldris has stood in the way of the Seven Deadly Sins as Meliodas's arch-enemy, the duo has reconciled and captivated the audience with perfect teamwork. Kaji-san has also urged fans to look forward to seeing Zeldris's relationship with Gelda.

The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse Season 2 premiered on October 6, 2024, on TBS and its 27 affiliated networks in Japan. The series has aired eight episodes thus far, with the ninth episode slated to be released on December 8, 2024. Netflix streams the first season and has confirmed Season 2's distribution. However, a release date hasn't been disclosed.

Koki Uchiyama stars as Lancelot, while Sho Komura voices Percival. Other voice actors include Ayumu Murase as Tristan, Kanna Nakamura as Anne, Aino Shimada as Naisens, Fairouz Ali as Gawain, Yuki Kaji as Meliodas and Zeldris, Kikunosuke Toya as Donny, and others.

Maki Odaira directs the fantasy anime at Telecom Animation Film, with Shigeru Murakoshi supervising scripts. Youichi Takada is the character designer, while Kohta Yamamoto and Hiroyuki are enlisted as the main theme composers. The ongoing season has picked up the manga's adaptation from Chapter 81, and is currently covering the Demon Realm arc.
