Who are Noah Lyles's Parents?

Kevin Lyles and Keisha Caine Bishop are the parents of Noah Lyles.

Noah's father, Kevin Lyles, enjoyed a rather decent track career of his own. Competing for Seton Hall in the early 1990s, he claimed All-American honors while setting several school records that stood for over a decade. His college success landed him a spot on the U.S. national team, and he anchored gold medal-winning 4x400 meter relay squads at both the 1993 Summer Universiade and 1995 World Championships. He stopped competing professionally in 1997.

While raising Noah and his younger brother Josephus, the elder Lyles passed down his deep knowledge of sprinting techniques and training methodology. He guided them during their developmental years, allowing Noah to grow into an elite talent under his father's eye.

Noah's mother Keisha Cine Bishop, like his father Kevin Lyles, was also an athlete for Seton Hall during the late 1980s and early 90s. She competed primarily as a quarter-miler and was one of the school's top point scorers throughout her career. Caine claimed several relay titles in old Big East championships while excelling individually in the 400 meters.

Her familiarity with the track's demands and rhythms enabled Keisha to support Noah on his path to success. She attended most of his meets on the high school and youth circuit, guiding both wins and setbacks. She is now a life coach, along with being the CEO & Founder of Bishop Athletics Counseling and President of Lyles Brothers Sports Foundation
