Sayantika Chatterjee specializes as a K-pop writer at Sportskeeda. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in English Literature and a master's in English and Cultural Studies. Sayantika is passionate about studying pop culture and has four years’ experience reporting on the same.

Prior to her time at Sportskeeda, Sayantika had interned as an event coordinator at a company that hosted academic conferences, where she moderated several panel discussions and interacted with some of the great minds in the fields of literature, history, and political science. Additionally, she also interned at SAYUL, a South Korean non-profit organization, as a cultural diplomat.

Her educational background, combined with her passion for the industry, led her to her current role as a K-pop writer at Sportskeeda, where she is dedicated to reporting accurate and relevant information. Sayantika ensures this by verifying information with ethical, authentic, and official sources and constantly updating her articles with the most recent data to ensure readers are up-to-date on the events in the industry.

If she could go back in time, Sayantika would love to live in the world of Reply 1988, which is set in Seoul in the 1980s. She grew up in a neighborhood similar to the one portrayed in the drama and would give anything to be transported back to the good old days of audio cassettes, Walkman, and beepers.
