India’s P V Sindhu made it to through to the quarterfinals of the Denmark Open Superseries Premier after beat Tzu Ying Tai of Chinese Taipei 21-12 21-15 in he second round on Thursday.
The opening game saw the Indian take control of proceedings after the 4-4 mark, winning 3 points straight to go 7-4 up and then maintaining he lead over her opponent to eventually seal the game 21-12 in her favour.

The second game proved to be a more tighter affair, particularly at the start, but Sindhu started to gain control of proceeding at the 8-8 mark, winning 4 points straight and then winning 3 points consecutively to put big pressure on the number 3 seed. She would eventually take the game 21-15 and progress through to the final 8.
Sindhu will be up against Wang Yihan of China in the quarters.
