2015 French Open Superseries: Day One results

HS Prannoy pulled off the biggest upset of Day one

Day One of the French Open Superseries started off very well, but did not end in very good fashion for India as PV Sindhu, finalist at the Denmark Open Superseries last week, was knocked out in the opening round by Wang Shixian.

But the biggest surprise of the day came from HS Prannoy, who defeated reigning Olympic champion Lin Dan to knock him out in the opening round.
