Adidas has secured the naming rights to the China Masters, which is a super series tournament of Badminton World Federation (BWF).
The announcement was made on the official Adidas Badminton Facebook page. However, details about the financial terms and length of the deal were not revealed.
“We are proud to announce that Adidas Badminton is now officially the naming sponsor of the Adidas China Masters, one of the two major BWF events in China,” said the statement.

The tournament will be taking place between 10th and 15th September at the Olympic Sports Centre Xincheng Gymnasium in Changzhou, China. The sport’s elite athletes will fight it out for prize money of US$250,000.
This is the company’s second major badminton deal after the company already announced its sponsorship of the London Grand Prix earlier this year.
