India suffered yet another defeat on the doubles front as the pair of Manu Attri and Sumeeth Reddy were eliminated in the third round of the Badminton Asia Championship to the Japanese pair of Xiaolong Liu and Zihan Qiu 21-10 21-13 in a match that lasted just 34 minutes on Thursday.
The Indian pair managed to win just 2 points on the trot in their first game as compared to the opponent’s 6 and although they won the same points consecutively as that of the Japanese pair in the second game, it still couldn't prevent them from going down in straight games.
