India’s PV Sindhu made it two-out-of-two at the Badminton Asia Championships on Thursday after she beat Teng Lok U of Macau 21-8 21-9 in the third round to move into the next round.
The 19-year-old won as may 10 points on the trot in the first game as compared to her opponents’s 2 and then followed that up with another yet another impressive performance in the next game, winning 7 points consecutively as compared to Teng’s 3, in a match that lasted for just 21 minutes.

It has been a victorious return to the court for the Indian, whose last competitive fixture was close to three months ago. She defeated Uzbekistan’s Anait Khurshudyan in the second round in straight games on Wednesday, 21-6 21-5 and would be hoping that her winning run continues in the remaining rounds as well.
Sindhu will take on the top seed Li Xuerui of China in the quarters.
