Hanoi, March 26 (IANS)
As many as 269 badminton players from 14 countries and regions gathered Tuesday in Vietnam’s capital Hanoi to compete at the Ciputra Hanoi Vietnam Challenge 2013.
The tournament, which opened here Tuesday, is a ranking event of the Badminton World Federation (BWF) and the Badminton Asia Confederation (BAC).
Held annually since 2009, the event offers prizes worth $15,000.
