Chinese shuttlers Chen Long and Li Xuerui won the men's and women's singles titles as their country swept all the gold medals at the $600,000 Denmark Open Super Series Premier at the Odense Sports Park here.
Reigning World Champion Chen Long overcame Wan Ho Son of South Korea 21-19, 24-22 to claim his third title here while 2012 Olympic champion and top seed Xuerui moving past compatriot Wang Yihan 21-17, 22-20 to win the women's singles final Sunday night, reports Xinhua.
"Both Son and I played at our highest levels," Chen said after bagging $45,000.
In the mixed doubles final, Chinese pair of Ma Jin and Xu Chen beat Indonesian combine Tontowi Ahmad and Liliyana Natsir 22-20 and 21-15.
"We are very familiar with our opponents and we played well today as we always do," Xu said.
Wang Xiaoli and Yu Yang registered a facile 21-14, 21-14 win over Japanese duo of Misaki Matsutomo and Ayaka Takahashi in women's doubles.
In the men's doubles final, Chinese team of Fu Haifeng and Zhang Nan prevailed over top seed Lee Yong Dae and Yoo Yeon Seong of South Korea 21-13, 25-23 to claim the gold.
